Five (PRETTY RANDOM) FACTS ABOUT ME:

1. I taught CrossFit (Level 2 Trainer) and Olympic Weightlifting for 6 years, and used to compete in both sports!

2. I brew my own Kombucha and drink it everyday.

3. I am a lululemon ambassador.

4. My Instagram handle @kombucha.mami is an ode to @champagnepapi and my home, Toronto.

5. I love to travel. My goal is to experience 30 countries by the time I turn 30 years-old.

AT YOUR WITS’ END WITH FOOD AND YOUR BODY? I’VE BEEN THERE..

 

One thing I’ve learned is that food is not just calories and chemical compounds that keep us alive.

It is a celebration; it’s nostalgia, it’s joy, it’s comfort, it’s a security blanket, it’s a friend when we are lonely, it’s a pain in the ass all rolled into one.

My own relationship with food ebbed and flowed throughout my life, from fuelling for fitness competitions to stress eating while running a business to losing my appetite to Major Depression and Anxiety.

Through relentless research, trial-and-error, and a rigorous education in Nutrition and Food Science at an accredited program, I built my best life from the inside out - I healed my digestion, skyrocketed energy levels , fixed my relationship with food, and finally felt in control of my mental and physical health.

I used these experiences and knowledge to build a science-based nutrition coaching program to help others activate their optimal nutrition.
