FIVE (PRETTY RANDOM) FACTS ABOUT ME:

1. I am a fitness nomad. I love CrossFit ( I have my CrossFit Level 2 Certification), Olympic Weightlifting, Yoga, Pilates, Beginners Hip Hop… really any workout with friends and a good playlist!

2. I brew my own Kombucha and drink it everyday.

3. I prefer sunset over sunrise.

4. I am a lululemon ambassador.

5. My Instagram handle @kombucha.mami is an ode to Toronto and of course, @champagnepapi! #inmyfeelings

I'M PASSIONATE ABOUT MAXIMIZING YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

 

Nutrition is not just food.

I learned this first hand and through working with hundreds of clients from all different walks of life. My own relationship with food ebbed and flowed from fuelling for CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting competitions to stress eating while running a business to losing my appetite to Depression.

For me and many others, food is a celebration, it’s nostalgia, it’s joy, it’s comfort, it’s a security blanket, it’s companionship when we’re lonely, it’s a privilege, it’s control all rolled into one.

Using a science-based approach that borrows from nutrition, food science, neuroscience, psychology, and physiology, I was able to heal my digestion, regulate my energy throughout the day, and best of all fix my relationship with food. I stopped being at war with my body and started to embrace the way food made me a better person inside and out.
