1. I’ve taught CrossFit (Level 2 Trainer) and Olympic Weightlifting for 6 years, and used to compete in both sports!
2. I brew my own Kombucha and drink it everyday.
3. I am a lululemon ambassador.

5. I love to travel. My goal is to experience 30 countries by the time I turn 30 years-old.

Food is not just calories and chemical compounds our bodies use to stay alive.
Food is a celebration; it’s nostalgia, it’s joy, it’s comfort, it’s a security blanket, it’s a friend when we are lonely, it’s a pain in the ass all rolled into one.
My own relationship with food ebbed and flowed throughout my life, from fuelling for fitness competitions to stress eating while running a business to losing my appetite to Major Depression and Anxiety.
I knew I could do better than be at the mercy of these circumstances but I had no idea where to start. This was so painful.
When I finally understood the way nutrition can heal and transform more than my body, that was when I felt empowered for the first time in my life. No more excuses, no more false starts, no more confusion, I knew exactly how to create the permanent and lasting change I needed.
After acquiring my degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Ryerson University’s accredited dietetics program, I healed my digestion, skyrocketed energy levels , fixed my relationship with food, and feel in control of my health and nutrition. I built my best life from the inside out.
From there, I developed a science-based approach that borrows from my degree, as well as neuroscience, psychology, and physiology to help others actuate their best life using nutrition. I went on to work with hundreds of people from all over the world live their most fulfilled and intentional lives.
