1. I teach CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting classes at several gyms around Toronto.
2. I brew my own Kombucha and drink it everyday.

I am a daughter, friend, nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach, and kombucha-enthusiast. I have seen and experienced firsthand the healing and nurturing properties of a wholesome diet filled with unprocessed, nutrient-dense real food. And I want to empower you to do the same and live life to the fullest through nutrition and functional fitness.
