What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a naturally carbonated fermented cold tea rich in probiotics, healthy organic acids, electrolytes and polyphenols. It has a refreshing tart and subtly sweet flavor that can be consumed throughout the day to support healthy, balanced gut flora and digestion.

 

What does the workshop entail?

We will begin the workshop with an overview of the scientific benefits of Kombucha and probiotics on gut health and overall wellbeing. Then jump into a flight of tastings to sample kombuchas made from 3 different tea leaves.

Participants will then follow along in a step-by-step instruction of setting up your first home-brew. Leave the workshop with your own SCOBY to get started right away at home!
