FIVE (PRETTY RANDOM) FACTS ABOUT ME:

1. I am a fitness nomad. I love CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Yoga, Pilates, Beginners Hip Hop… really any workout with friends and good playlist!

2. I brew my own Kombucha and drink it everyday.

3. I feel most at home when I am wading in the ocean.

4. My favourite brunch item is the Gluten-free Chicken and Waffles at Impact Kitchen!

5. My Instagram handle @kombucha.mami is an ode to Toronto and of course, @champagnepapi!

I am a daughter, friend, nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach, and Kombucha enthusiast.

I have experienced firsthand the healing and life-changing properties of a wholesome diet filled with unprocessed, nutrient-dense real food. It’s my passion to help you find the same joy in fuelling your body.

 

In the process of pursuing your optimal food and exercise approach, I also empower you to build a resilient mindset and cultivate self-love.
